This is a web application through which the parties, federations and coalitions may collect endorsements by using electronic signature in compliance with the requirements.

According to the Provision of 14814 BOE. 224 of 2011 , collecting endorsements by valid electronic signature must be understood if it meets the provisions of Law 59/2003 of December 19, electronic signature, as amended by Law 56/2007, of December 28, Measures to Promote the Information Society.

Consequently, firms must be made ​​with an electronic certificate recognized by the electronic site of INE.

For this purpose, the representative of the candidate or group of voters must notify the competent Electoral system of electronic signature and signature verification is used, which shall include the time stamp or mark in which the firm performs.
