2015 was a year for Viafirma where major challenges have been achieved thanks to the work and professionalism of our team. Therefore we face 2016 with the same enthusiasm and tenacity with which we develop all our products in order to make all your telematics procedures easier.
Taking advantage of this New Year we would like to thank all our clients who have placed trust in us and we want to continue doing this throughout 2016 to further strengthen our commercial ties. In this new beginning Viafirma will continue to update its services and remain a pioneer in electronic signature solutions, mobility and usability.
We want to use this post to present some statistics about the type of clients we had in 2015. Afterwards, we will present the new accounts that have joined Viafirma this year.
Below is how our clients are distributed between public and private
As you can see, most of our clients are private entities, 68.8%. However, Viafirma has an important representation of clients in the public sector, approximately 31% are public entities that have decided to go for us.
This year, more than half of the customers of this public sector entities have been nationwide that have seen Viafirma the response to their needs, thus we are very grateful. As shown in the graph II, there are three different levels of action: Local, Regional and National.
As shown in this chart, more than 54% of our clients operate nationwide. Moreover, 21% and 24% representing the regional and local levels respectively.
Regarding the scope of Viafirma, note that since its origin is a company focused on being international.
As shown in Figure 3, our universal signature solution goes beyond the Spanish borders because about 25% of our clients are international, thanks partly due to Avansi, viavansi subsidiary. We emphasize that internationalization has begun in Europe, thanks to the project Barclaycard, Barclays Bank PLC group.
The statistics below displays what sectors our customers have come from. As shown in figure IV, the most important sectors in our portfolio are the Health and Public Administration. Companies in the financial world, the health sector or education, are mainly those who have put their trust in us in 2015, by acquiring one of the products of our suite to improve their communication and operations.
New Clients of Viafirma 2015
Here we present a selection of new accounts acquired during 2015, which like the rest of our clients, we expect to have very productive and lasting relationships with, and to continue to grow together:
Barclaycard is one of the four business units of Barclays Group. Since the 60’s is the leading payment system through credit cards and has over 30 million clients.
Our company has collaborated with Telefónica and Atento to create a software that covers the entire lifecycle of the marketing of credit card Barclaycard, building mobile solutions with advanced features such as biometric signature, integration with card reader to capture data on DNIe in Spain and Cartão do Cidadão in Portugal, OCR, document capture by camera operation offline, local generation of documents from templates, dynamic forms … 100% Native allowing the company to manage to date thousands of credit card applications in reducing 75% delivery of the card to the clients.
Itau bank appears as the largest private bank in Latin America. I early 80s, Bank Itaú settled in Argentina as a wholesale bank and mid nineties began operations as a universal bank opening branches in October 1995.
It has a network of branches offices covered in the two main provinces country, Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires.
In order to offer customized coverage Itaú bank serves three clients different, banking for individuals, corporate banking or SME, and banking Itaú BBA corporate that provides comprehensive advice to large companies and corporations.
Viafirma Itaú has developed a platform for electronic signature authentication based on digital certificates. The bank also opted for the Viafirma manager, the complement of with which you can measure, analyze and configure the statistics about the electronic signature such as, from where users have acceded.
The group is part of Tragsa SEPI, (State Comany). The Viafirma platformis holding company is made up of Agrarian Transformation SA (Tragsa), Agricultural Technologies and Services SA (Tragsatec) and Colonization Agrarian Transformation SA (Cytasa) and Tragsa Brazil Project Development Agricultural, LTDA.
After almost forty years working for the Public Administrations, The group acts to provide agricultural services, forestry, livestock andforest services, livestock services, rural development, and services to maintain and protect the environment.
It has offices in all the Spanish provinces and is viafirma’s client by the use of authentication platform Viafirma platform.
Banreservas has become the largest bank in the Dominican Republic and is, today, the second largest in Central America. Managed by the State, Banreservas houses three types of seats to meet the needs of the public, private or personal entities.
Again, Avansi, Viavansi subsidiary in the Dominican Republic, has been responsible of the internationalization of Viafirma in this 2015 because it has provided solutions quick and easy to the needs of our clients. In this case, Avansi controls the generation of certificates for this entity as Registration Authority (RA).
