Step 1: Access your document inbox<\/h3>\n

Go to the <\/span>Inbox<\/b> section within the requests panel. Here you will find all requests awaiting your signature, marked with the “Pending” status :<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2: Select your Documents affected by the bulk action<\/b><\/h2>\n

To start a bulk action:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Tick the checkboxes located on the left side of each request you want to process.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. When more than one document is selected, a toolbar with bulk action options will appear at the top.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click the action you want to perform.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step 3: Confirm the bulk action<\/b><\/h2>\n

    SIGNING<\/h4>\n

    The system will display a summary screen titled <\/span>“Documents to Sign”<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Review the list to ensure all documents are correct (each will display the <\/span>Unsigned<\/b> status).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • If everything is in order, click the central button: <\/span>Sign All Documents<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Step 4: Select the Signature Method<\/b><\/h2>\n

      REJECT SIGNATURE REQUESTS<\/h4>\n

      When you click <\/span>Reject<\/b>, the system will display the <\/span>“Reject Requests?”<\/b> dialog with a summary of the affected documents.<\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

        \n
      • The system indicates how many of the selected requests can be rejected (the rest will be ignored).<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Confirm by clicking <\/span>Reject All<\/b><\/li>\n
      • Rejected requests can no longer be signed.<\/span>Providing a rejection reason in the text field is mandatory.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        EXTEND REQUEST DEADLINE<\/h4>\n

        When you click <\/span>Extend Deadline<\/b>, the system will display the <\/span>“Extend Deadline”<\/b> dialog showing the requests whose deadline can be extended.<\/span><\/p>\n

        \"Ampliar<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        • Signers will be able to access the request again and sign the documents.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Adjust the number of days using the <\/span>\u2212<\/b> and <\/span>+<\/b> buttons (default: 3 days).<\/span><\/li>\n
        • The new deadline is automatically calculated and displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n
