You can define which Authentication Factors users in a Workgroup may use:<\/p>\n

This functionality will be useful to ensure that your users make use of the protection mechanisms appropriate to the Security Policies of your organization.<\/p>\n
If you don\u2019t want to limit the options to your users, just leave this section blank, and they can use all the protection mechanisms enabled in the global configuration.<\/p>\n
You can also disable them temporarily.<\/p>\n
Then also associate Digital Certificates to a Working Group:<\/p>\n

You can import them in P12 and PFX format, so you will need to know the installation password.<\/p>\n
This centralized Certificate management at the Group level will help you automate unattended signatures through the Viafirma APIs, for example, signatures generated from an Electronic Registry or signatures that need certificate authentication for TSA consumption (Authority of Time).<\/p>\n

You can allow the self-registration of users associated with a Working Group. To do this, you can manage an invitation code, which should be used by all users who want to register voluntarily to your Working Group. And as always, the group administrator will be able to register new users, without using the invitation code.<\/p>\n
