{"id":69762,"date":"2024-10-04T14:56:27","date_gmt":"2024-10-04T12:56:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.viafirma.com\/documentacion\/authentication-factor-blocking\/"},"modified":"2025-03-19T12:52:08","modified_gmt":"2025-03-19T11:52:08","slug":"authentication-factor-blocking","status":"publish","type":"ayuda","link":"https:\/\/www.viafirma.com\/en\/documentation\/authentication-factor-blocking\/","title":{"rendered":"Authentication factor blocking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Once the user has registered in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viafirma.com\/en\/digital-certificates-manager\/\">certificate management tool<\/a> and activated the authentication factors that the tool will request before accessing the certificates.<\/p>\n<p>It can happen sometimes that after several wrong attempts the tool blocks a certain factor showing us the following message:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-57665 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.viafirma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/bloqueo_factor_autenticacion.png\" alt=\"Bloqueo factor de autenticaci\u00f3n\" width=\"496\" height=\"525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.viafirma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/bloqueo_factor_autenticacion.png 496w, https:\/\/www.viafirma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/bloqueo_factor_autenticacion-283x300.png 283w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 496px) 100vw, 496px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To unlock this factor you must access the web management panel and go to the \u201cAuthentication Factors\u201d section where a list of all the factors configured in the tool is shown.<\/p>\n<p>For each authentication factor its name, the user&#8217;s status (Enrolled or Not enrolled) and the date it was enrolled will be displayed.
