Among the available options are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"967\"><strong>All<\/strong>: All the requests of my group, in any status.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1026\"><strong>Received<\/strong>: Requests pending signature by me.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1094\"><strong>Sent<\/strong>: Requests sent by me, in any status.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1147\"><strong>Signed by me:<\/strong> Requests that I have signed.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1201\"><strong>Drafts<\/strong>: Requests in &#8220;Draft&#8221; status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Available filters<\/h2>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">The menu entries include predefined filters that you can customise to refine your search. You can filter by request status, recipient, sender or date, adapting the display according to your needs:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1748\">\n<li data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1480\"><strong data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1347\">Status:<\/strong> Allows you to filter requests by status:\n<ul data-start=\"1395\" data-end=\"1480\">\n<li data-start=\"1395\" data-end=\"1408\">Pending<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1422\">Signed<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1437\">Draft<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1440\" data-end=\"1453\">Rejected<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1468\">Expired<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1480\">Error<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1575\"><strong>To<\/strong>: Filters requests by recipient (as long as they are users of the tool).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1674\"><strong>Sender<\/strong>: Filters requests by the writer (as long as he\/she is a user of the tool).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1675\" data-end=\"1748\"><strong>Date<\/strong>: Offers several options to filter by date range.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1853\">In addition, you can sort the results by creation date, from the most recent to the oldest or vice versa, allowing a more efficient and organised management of your documents.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1853\">In short, from the tray you can optimise the management of your requests using our search engine, filters and shortcuts. You will be able to locate documents by title, status, sender or date and access them quickly from the menu.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1853\">Configure search ranges and customise the display according to your needs.
