style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The CNMC has a maximum period of 1 month to resolve the application, or from the moment it is authorised by the holder. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the 2026 transitional period, this period may be extended to up to 3 months, as indicated by the <a href=\"https:\/\/sede.cnmc.gob.es\/tramites\/telecomunicaciones\/gestion-del-registro-de-alias\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNMC<\/a>. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please take this into account so as not to leave the process until close to the 7 June
