How can I fix it?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When we open a signed PDF, Adobe displays an error message:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dAt least one signature has problems\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In the new Adobe Reader version, this message will be prompt as follows:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dThe validity of the document certification is UNKNOWN. The author could not be verified\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This message is shown in the signature panel and in signature stamps ( if any)<\/p>\n<p>This is because the trusted service that issued the certificate isn\u2019t in the Adobe Authorized Trust List (AAT) (for example FNMT, Camerfirma, Firmaprofesional, Avansi\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>To fix this, configure Adobe Reader to trust the Certificate issuer.
