In this context, Viafirma fully complies with the requirements of the <strong>eIDAS regulation<\/strong>, considered the <strong>most demanding digital identity trust services standard worldwide.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=&amp;cad=rja&amp;uact=8&amp;ved=2ahUKEwiC3LvcubyEAxWbgv0HHWMfDq4QFnoECBcQAQ&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fdigital-strategy.ec.europa.eu%2Fen%2Fpolicies%2Feidas-regulation&amp;usg=AOvVaw3Ya8FyoHXGAMK33s2tNK0o&amp;opi=89978449\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Regulation (EU) No. 910\/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated July 23, 2014 (eIDAS)<\/a> is the <strong>main regulation governing electronic signatures in the European Union<\/strong>. This regulation establishes the <strong>conditions<\/strong> under which Member States must<strong> recognize the electronic identification means of natural and legal persons<\/strong> originating from electronic identification systems notified by other Member States. It also <strong>regulates trust services and provides a legal framework for electronic signatures<\/strong>, electronic seals, electronic time stamps, electronic documents, certified electronic delivery services and certificate services for website authentication. The regulation has been in force since July 1, 2016.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Regulation (EU) 910\/2014 establishes <strong>three types of electronic signatures:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ol>\r\n<li><strong>Electronic signature:<\/strong> Data in electronic format, separated from or logically associated with other electronic data, used by the signatory to sign.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ol>\r\n<li><strong>Advanced electronic signature:<\/strong> This is an electronic signature that meets the following requirements:<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>It is <strong>uniquely linked<\/strong> to the signatory.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Allows the <strong>identification of the signer.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>It has been created using electronic signature creation data that the <strong>signer can use under his sole control<\/strong>, with a high level of confidence.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>It is linked to the signed data in such a way that <strong>any subsequent modification of the data is detectable.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"\\&quot;3\\&quot;\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ol start=\"\\&quot;3\\&quot;\">\r\n<li>Qualified electronic signature: An advanced electronic signature created by means of a<strong> qualified electronic signature creation device<\/strong> and based on a <strong>qualified certificate.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The solutions offered by Viafirma comply with these three legal signature modalities in the European Union.
