This signature is understood as one that allows the recipient of an electronic document to identify, at least formally, its author, and can be used in the issuance of documents such as consensual contracts, agreements or simple powers of attorney.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The simple electronic signature is used, above all, in documents that <strong>are not considered &#8220;public instruments&#8221;<\/strong>. It is mainly used for identification at the SII and for invoicing.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Advanced electronic signature (AES).<\/strong> On the other hand, this type of electronic signature is certified by an accredited provider, which ensures the integrity of the electronic document that has been signed, the identity of the signatory. In this way, the signatory officially acknowledges having signed the document, being possible to detect any modification made after the act of signing.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Unlike the simple electronic signature, the advanced electronic signature is used for documents that are classified as public instruments or for those that are intended to have the same legal effects.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-31658\" style=\"width: 784px;
