example the DGT web, the centralized certificate doesn&#8217;t work, in order to detect the problem you must make the following checks:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"wp-block-image\">Uninstall the application &#8216;Viafirma Fortress Desktop&#8217; and install the last corresponding version that you will find in the <a href=\"\/es\/?page_id=29264\">Viafirma Fortress<\/a> page in the following necessary to confirm that the following steps are correctly performed to authenticate on the DGT website:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have installed any antivirus temporarily disable it to perform the test.<\/li>\n<li>From Internet Explorer or Google Chrome (Firefox is not supported) go to <a href=\"https:\/\/sede.dgt.gob.es\/es\/permisos-de-conducir\/permiso-por-puntos\/consulta-de-puntos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sede electr\u00f3nica DGT-Consult your points<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201cConsult your points with certificate\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-30690\" src=\"https:\/\/www.viafirma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/DGT-768x569.png.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"553\" height=\"410\"
