Although it is perfectly legal and valid in court, you may need additional legal evidence because it is easy to forge.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Advanced electronic signature: <\/strong>It is uniquely linked to the signatory, capable of identifying him\/her and created using electronic signature creation data that the signatory can, with a high level of confidence, use under his sole control, and it is linked to the data signed therewith in such a way that any subsequent change in the data is detectable.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Qualified electronic signature: <\/strong>AES generated using a qualified electronic signature creation device and based on a qualified certificate. It enjoys the highest possible level of security and will have a legal effect similar to the handwritten signature.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Note that <strong>all of them are legally binding<\/strong>.
