You are able to eSign a document using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viafirma.com\/en\/biometric-or-digitized-signature\/\">biometric or digitized signatures<\/a>, knowing full legal support.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Digitized or biometric signatures<\/strong> are handwritten e-signatures that do not require the use of certificates but a device that is able to capture a wealth of biometric data from the signatory.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If we do not have a specific device for this, we can still sign our documents with full legal guarantees. Therefore, a <strong>handwritten e-signature<\/strong> can be collected, together with a <strong>second evidence<\/strong> (e.g, OTP SMS, OTP email, etc.).
