The verification of the required technical competencies is being carried out by the National Accreditation Body of Colombia (ONAC).<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mentoring and Support for the Internalization of SMEs Program<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>For this certification, Viafirma will count on the International Certification Aid Line of the &#8216;Mentoring and Support for the Internalization of SMEs&#8217; Program, co-financed by the European Union and the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of Spain, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR).<\/p>\n<p>Having this certification in Colombia will allow Viafirma:<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Issue Digital Certificates<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Specifically, Viafirma will cover three highly required issues:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On the one hand, we will be able to issue certificates regarding <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viafirma.com\/en\/electronic-signatures\/\"><strong>electronic signatures<\/strong><\/a> of natural or legal persons;<\/li>\n<li>Issue certificates regarding the verification of the alteration between the sending and receiving of the data message and transferable electronic documents;<\/li>\n<li>Finally, issue certificates in relation to the person who has a right or obligation with respect to the documents set forth in paragraphs f) and g) of Article 26 of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viafirma.com\/en\/law-527-of-1999\/\">Law 527 of 1999<\/a> in Colombia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Time stamping<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In turn, we may offer or facilitate logging and time-stamping services in the generation, transmission and receipt of data messages.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Viafirma and its process as Digital Certification Entity in LATAM<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In the Dominican Republic, Viafirma is already certified as a Certification Entity. Its local subsidiary in the Latin American country, Avansi, was the first certification entity authorized by Indotel, in 2006.
