  • Filters with digital certificates: By signing with a digital certificate using our desktop tool (SignServices), the system is again able to automatically extract user information from the certificate itself to auto-complete its data.<\/li>\n
  • Increased control in mass mailings<\/strong>: The maximum limit of documents a file can contain is now configurable by user group. This avoids excessively heavy queries and significantly improves platform performance.<\/li>\n
  • Audit Trail customization<\/strong>: New option to customize the audit report behavior by group, allowing you to choose whether menus are expanded in the generated PDF.<\/li>\n
  • Visible descriptions<\/strong>: Files now show their description directly in the general listing, making them easier to identify visually.<\/li>\n
