General platform<\/h3>\n

  • Improved the system message by resending a signature reminder with incomplete data. Now the exact reason is given instead of showing a generic error.<\/li>\n
  • Optimized the reliability of the email sending engine, ensuring its delivery and avoiding anomalies such as duplicate messages or emails with empty body.<\/li>\n
  • Fixed a block that occurred when signing attachments with approval flows in one request. The approver is now correctly notified.<\/li>\n
  • Improved the behavior of form fields set to “read only”; the system now always respects this setting, even if the field is sent empty.<\/li>\n
  • Fixed a bug that caused attachments uploaded via a template to lose their original format (extension). In addition, a bug that prevented downloading of purely informational attachments without an associated signature has been fixed.<\/li>\n
  • Corrected the access validation (by code and DNI) in those requests sent by email that do not include a previous identifier of the recipient.<\/li>\n

    • Resolved a technical issue that blocked the system when attempting to import templates containing evidence configured without an assigned physical position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Signature page<\/h3>\n

      • Admins can now set up and restrict the available ink colors (black, blue, red or green) for web handwritten signatures, adapting it to the corporate preferences of each user group.<\/li>\n
      • Adjusted the behavior of checkboxes so that they do not appear available for interaction before it is time to fill out the form.<\/li>\n
      • Fixed a visual error that caused the form fields embedded in the PDF and defined as disabled during request creation not to be correctly displayed blocked for the signer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
