The error counter was not reset, so now the request can be completed by the signer in a new attempt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Writing module<\/h3>\n<h4>Features and improvements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The embedded PDF form (AcroForm) is allowed to be used in bulk requests sent via recipient lists (CSV).<\/li>\n<li>The interface of step 4 &#8220;Summary&#8221; has been redesigned for a clearer and more intuitive user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fixes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The application no longer crashes when it receives a template with generic evidence that did not have a providerId defined.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that caused Word file names to be saved incorrectly when uploaded multiple times.<\/li>\n<li>It is now possible to correctly resize evidence that has been placed on an extra page of the document.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an error that occurred when submitting a form containing a hidden date field (todayText).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>User panel<\/h3>\n<h4>Features and improvements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Visual identification of incoming requests: Requests that are in the &#8220;Received&#8221; state now show a mailbox icon (\ud83d\udceb) so you can identify them at a glance on your listing.<\/li>\n<li>Read-only requests: Requests that were previously marked as &#8220;Archived&#8221; are now marked as &#8220;Read-only&#8221;. They are identified by a crossed-out pencil icon and, when entering their details, you will find an alert explaining that they cannot be modified.<\/li>\n<li>Direct search by message code: Do you need to find a specific request quickly? You can now paste your ID code directly into the search bar and we will take you to it instantly.<\/li>\n<li>Optimized the usability of the &#8220;Sign&#8221; button to sign on behalf of another person (presential signatories).<\/li>\n<li>To facilitate support, the application version number is now displayed on all screens in the signature tray.<\/li>\n<li>Added in the &#8220;Saved signatories&#8221; section the possibility to define whether the signatory can sign from any device (default option), only on Web or only from the mobile App.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fixes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The attachments of a request can now be successfully downloaded from the signature tray. Fixed a bug where the PDF preview could not be displayed correctly on certain occasions when pressing &#8220;View Documents&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed a bug with the &#8220;Back&#8221; button of the browser that sometimes occurred when returning to the main panel (Dashboard) after creating a request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Signature module<\/h3>\n<p><!--\n\n\n<h4><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block;
