In some cases, it may be useful to reuse a previously submitted request that is only making minor changes.
For example:
- Submit the same application with an updated document but keep the same signatories.
- Send the same document to a different group of signatories.
To facilitate these situations, the “Start Again” functionality is available in the inbox.
If you choose to duplicate an application that is still pending signature, please note that the original application will be automatically rejected and can no longer be signed. This process allows you to start from scratch and modify the document if it contains drafting errors or other details that need to be corrected.
Before proceeding with the rejection, a reason will be requested and a warning will be displayed confirming that the application will be rejected.
For cases where the solitude is in a rejected or expired state, the original solitudes shall not change state.
However, if the request is in a “Rejected” or “Expired” state, the original requests will not change status when using this functionality.
Once you click on “Proceed”, the usual process of writing applications will open, with the fields already configured according to the original application and you can proceed with the necessary changes before resending the application.
