In compliance with the duty of information stipulated in Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Viafirma S.L. (hereinafter Viafirma) as owner of the web site proceeds to communicate the identification data required by the aforementioned rule:

The present information conforms and regulates the conditions of use, the limitations of responsibility and the obligations that the users of the Web page published under the domain name assume and undertake to respect.

The simple and mere use of the Site grants the condition of user of the Site, whether natural or legal person, and necessarily implies the complete, full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the clauses and general conditions included in the Legal Notice. The purpose of Viafirma’s website is the promotion of the company’s tools and the access to the use of these tools.The User shall refrain from obtaining or even attempting to obtain the Contents by using means or procedures other than those that, as the case may be, have been made available for this purpose or have been indicated for this purpose on the Web pages where the Contents are located or, in general, those that are normally used on the Internet for this purpose, provided that they do not entail a risk of damage or disablement of the Page and/or the Contents.

Viafirma is not responsible for the transmission, diffusion or making available to third parties of any material contained in the website, such as information, texts, data, contents, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software, logos, brands, icons, links, graphic designs, source codes, or any other material to which the user has access as a user of the website. The use of the contents by the users will be done without damaging Viafirma’s image and name.

Viafirma is not responsible for the use made of the contents by the users, neither sponsors, collaborates, nor shares the opinions that may be given by the users. In case of detecting a use of the contents with a purpose that could, in Viafirma’s opinion, undermine its image, the mere communication by e-mail to the responsible of the misuse of the contents will be enough to stop the use of the contents of the Web.

All trademarks, commercial names or distinctive signs of any kind that appear in the Page, and especially the doctrinal writings, publications and blogs of the same are property of Viafirma or, in its case, of third parties that have authorized their use, without it being understood that the use or access to the Portal and/or the Contents attributes to the User any right over the mentioned trademarks, commercial names and/or distinctive signs, and without it being understood that none of the exploitation rights that exist or may exist over such Contents have been transferred to the User.

The non-authorized use of the information contained in this Web, as well as the damage of the Intellectual or Industrial Property rights of Viafirma or of third parties included in the Page that have transferred contents will give rise to the legally established responsibilities.
