What is a Signature Audit?
It is a technical document that certifies and details the complete process of electronic signature of a digital file. It serves as proof of integrity, authenticity and non-repudiation before third parties, including judicial bodies.
Audit Sections
General Document Data
- Document Name: for example, Document1.pdf.
- Document code and request: unique identifiers to track the process.
- Document hash: unique string generated with hash algorithm to verify that it has not been modified.
- Signature identifier: unique ID of the signature process.

- Sender: name of the person who initiated the process (e.g. Cristina Parreño).
- Group / Application: system from which the request was sent (e.g. Frontend).
- Requesting User: user name (e.g. cparreno).
