[API] Signer flows now available from the API
To give you more flexibility and automate your processes, you can now start a mailing using a predefined signatory flow directly from the API. Simply report the workflowCode field on your call, and the system will load the recipient list and settings for that flow, overwriting the recipients field.
We have improved notifications in signature flows with multiple signatories and documents:
- If a signer rejects the request, the next signatory in the flow will no longer receive a notification or see the task in their tray, avoiding confusion.
- The same behavior will apply if the request lapses.

You can now fully customize the confirmation email for new users at group level. It uses the variables USER_EMAIL_CONFIRM_SUBJECT and USER_EMAIL_CONFIRM_BODY to define a specific subject and message body. The email will also use the logo and other group customization parameters. Important: To have the confirmation link appear in your custom template, be sure to include the variable [CONFIRM_ACCOUNT_LINK].
Fixed an issue in endpoint /api/v3/users that did not assign the correct role when creating new users.
Fixed an issue that occurred when logging out when using Okta as an identity provider.
Fixed a visual error that caused all signature actions to appear in the Audit Trail document with the same timestamp, even though they were registered correctly in the system. Now, each event reflects the exact time and minute.

You can now download a ZIP file with all the signed documents from an application in one click.
To facilitate management for integrators, the code of the signatory sets is now displayed directly in the flow editor.
We have optimized the process when logging out or changing users.

It is now possible to view attachments to a signature request through an external link.
You can now preview your signature image before printing it on the document.
Veridas identity provider integration is updated to its latest version.

Fixed a bug that prevented showing hidden steps when completing a box-type field with a Wacom tablet.
Batch OTP signing is no longer blocked if the user reloads the page during the process.
The button to view the audit is no longer shown if the style hideAuditTrail is enabled for the group.
Fixed the infinite load screen that appeared when accessing a signature link with incomplete information.
The error message is now correctly displayed to the user when the maximum signature timeout has been reached.
A “Batch OTP Sign” button that appeared unfunctional in certain scenarios has been removed.
