General platform

  • A new feature has been enabled that allows you to create a draft directly by duplicating an existing request, saving time on recurring submissions.
  • Push notifications have been implemented to alert the writing user when their submitted requests are about to expire.
  • Improved records of audit of documents. The history now explicitly reflects when a user has completed a “must-read” and records whether access to the document required code validation (validateCode).
  • The support for the Galician language (gl_ES) is added little by little, we will incorporate the language into the rest of the modules.
  • API. We have improved the security of integrations by adding OAuth2 (Client Credentials) authentication support for automatic status notifications (callbacks).
  • Fixed an error that prevented the correct cloning of a draft when the original document was in Word format.
  • Corrected the text of the popup message “extend term”, which showed a wrong format when the system was set up in Catalan.
  • Implemented security updates, improvements to the document generation engine and fixed several navigation errors that could occur when editing templates or listing messages.

Writing module

  • New option to reorder fields in step 3 when writing the request.
  • Fixed bug in creating signatories based on template metadata.
  • Fixed visibility issue of embedded controls in documents derived from templates.
  • Enabled support for files. xlsx in uploading attachments.
  • Corrected the persistence in the order of signatories after mass import processes.
