Improvements and fixes

Fixed a bug in downloading the CSV of delegation requests: it did not include requests from the user who delegates.Ref. #2493
The signature stamp now correctly displays the text “On behalf of…” when signing with a free-text delegation. Ref. #2494
Fixed the error when giving approval from the link included in the new request email. Ref. #2501
Fixed an issue with Giltza that prevented proper signing when the Y coordinate of the signature stamp was greater than the height of the document. Ref. #2486
