New features

• New document upload component: A new component has been added to the authoring screen to improve the document upload experience.
• Archived expired requests (#2848): The functionality of archiving expired requests is added, equating its treatment to that of closed and rejected requests. The number of days between the expiration date and the possibility of archiving is configurable in the “General” tab of the configuration. The default value is 90 days.
• Notifications for deactivation of users or entities (#2822): Senders will be notified when an entity they belong to is deleted or when their user is deactivated.
• Customizable documentation link (#2827): The Viafirma inbox footer includes a link to the documentation (default: https://doc.viafirma.com/viafirma-inbox/). In on-premise environments, this link can now be customized using the new environment variable: DOCUMENTATION_LINK.

Enhancements

• Stream list load optimization (#2807): Performance and load speed of the stream list has been improved.

Rest Services / API

• Default expiration date (#2847): When creating requests via API, if no expiration date is specified, the system will assign one by default.
• Fixes:
  • User creation (Error 500) (#2802): Fixed a bug where the API returned a code 500 when creating a user, even though the user was created correctly.
  • Fix – Creating users (duplicate Person ID) (#2832): Fixed behavior when trying to create users with an existing Person ID.
  • Fix – User update (isSender field) (#2839): The user update service now correctly processes fields that were previously omitted, such as isSender.
  • Fix – User Update (Notifications) (#2801): Fixed a bug that prevented a user’s notifications from being updated correctly via the API.
  • Fix – Search for users by entity (#2803): Search for users by entity now works correctly, even when the entity contains more than 1000 users.

Bug fixes

• User filter on SignServices (#2806): A problem in the user filter when operating with SignServices has been fixed.
• Notifications to users delegated in cascading signatures (#2825): Fixed a bug that prevented delegate users from receiving the “new request” email when the user delegating was part of a cascading signature and not the first signatory.
• Creating external users (#2858): Fixed a bug that occurred when creating external users from the authoring screen.
• Login with Azure (#2853): The Azure login process now correctly manages the optional field.
