From now on, we optimize the way you download your documents after signing. In the termination notifications, you will still receive the email notification, but it will now contain a secure download link.
What changes?
Previously, if you had the option enabled in your group, completion emails included the signed document and audit attached directly.
From now on you will still receive the completion email, but it will now contain a secure download link where you can access both the signed document and its audit.
Enhancements:
- Increased security: By not attaching documents directly to the mail, we reduce the exposure of sensitive information on mail servers, enhancing the security of your transactions.
- Manage your mailbox: Avoid piling up heavy attachments in your emails, making it easier to organize and free up space in your email inbox.
- Centralized and organized access: With the link, you will have a single and clear point to download both files (document and audit), simplifying the process.
- Download flexibility: You can download documents whenever and wherever it’s convenient for you, without the need to have them attached in the mail from the start.
