Are all the functionalities available in any plan?

All the functionalities of our software are available regardless of the plan that is contracted. This means, that every customer has full access to all features and tools, independently of the plan they choose. However, it is important to note that some functionalities, such as sending SMS or identity verifications through onboarding, have an additional cost.
