How to connect Viafirma in Zapier

Zapier allows you to connect Viafirma with more than 2000 web applications. The automated connections (the so called Zaps), are configured in a matter of minutes without touching any code. This allows you to automate different daily tasks and configure workflows between several applications that, otherwise, would not be possible.

Each Zap has at least 2 connected apps. On the one hand, one app acts as what they call the Trigger. This is where your information comes from and what triggers one or more actions (Actions) to be executed in other apps.

First steps with Zapier
Create a free Zapier account. To make things easier for you, here you have some pre-made Zaps ready to use:

How do I connect Viafirma with Zapier?
Log in with your Zapier account or create a new account.
Go to the “My Apps” section. You will find it in the top menu.
Now click on “Connect a new account…” and search for “Viafirma”.
You use your credentials to connect your Viafirma account with Zapier. You must use your API credentials with Basic authentication.
Once connected, you can start creating automations! Use a pre-existing Zap or create your own from the Zaps editor. Creating a new Zap requires no technical knowledge. It’s very easy and the system will guide you step by step.
