For an alias to be valid under the new regulations, it must meet the following requirements:
- Length: Between 3 and 11 characters.
- Format: It cannot consist solely of numbers (unless it is a registered international or Spanish mobile number).
- Content: Generic words such as “Urgent,” “Notice,” “Appointment,” “INFO,” etc., are NOT allowed. It must clearly identify your company or brand.
