Last March, the Corporación de Radio y Televisión Española (RTVE) awarded to the joint venture Viafirma-Viavansi the electronic signature service for documents or portafirmas, for an amount exceeding €560,000, in a project with a duration of 3 years with an optional extension of 3 additional years. RTVE awarded the maximum technical qualification, 39.5 points out of a maximum of 40, to the offer of the UTE Viafirma – Viavansi.
The project, conceived as a turnkey project, consists of the implementation of our electronic signature software Viafirma Inbox deployed in a private cloud for RTVE, with centralized electronic signature features.
In this case, the user’s certificate resides in a secure hardware store (HSM), and is activated by its owner through a combination of strong identification mechanisms, both in desktop web applications and in a mobility environment. The system is integrated with the corporation’s security systems.
