New and Functional Improvements
- It is now possible to manually launch and generate scheduled reports (whether daily or monthly) at any time, without the need to wait for their automatic execution window.
- Submissions that contain a single document automatically inherit any “rerun” settings already defined in the base template.
Stability and Corrections
- Fixed a small visual delay in the chain signature processes. Now, the status and turn of the next signer is updated on screen immediately after the previous user signs.
- Optimized error management and processing by performing mass signatures using single-use codes (OTP) via SMS, ensuring their stability even in scenarios where no prior visual evidence is required.
- We have improved the accuracy of the text search engine when it interacts with evidence that has been embedded in image format.
- Fixes applied to ensure that the history of older template versions is saved and organized correctly without conflicts.
- Resolved a technical issue that prevented the strict application of validation rules on attachments required in templates.
- Fixed a one-time sync error where a newly processed and available document could still temporarily appear as “not found”.
- Fixed an anomalous behavior that could lead to endless retry loops if multiple document transfers overlapped at the same time. In addition, the correct submission of original file names has been ensured when exporting and reporting to external storage systems.
