• New group certificate filters: Added the ability to configure, independently for each work group, which digital certificates are allowed for use during signing processes with our desktop application (Viafirma Desktop).
• Advanced SMS sender validation: The sender setup process for text messages has been streamlined, preventing accidental send errors and ensuring that it always matches the authorized identity.
• Fixed the autodelete flow of attachments in completed requests. Now, the system ensures the complete deletion of these documents once their configured legal retention period has expired, avoiding orphan file storage on the server.
• Protection of sensitive data: Internal information has been shielded in reports generated automatically during verification and scoring processes, ensuring that no confidential or strictly technical data is exposed to the final recipient.
• Resolved an intermittent block affecting the generation of the final audit trail in those simple processes that only required an automatic signature per server.
• Fixed a technical issue where the existence of optional evidence configured as pending came to prevent sending or creating new signature requests.
• Adjusted system monitoring logic to correct the count of completed submissions when exporting the same document simultaneously to multiple external storage servers.
• Fixed an error when mapping multiple text search coordinates within the same template, allowing for full reusability in different document types.
• Fixed an error that disrupted request generation if graphics customization parameters were not defined.
• Adjusted admin panel alerts to clearly inform the user if an invalid SMS sender is entered.
• Corrected permission failures that made it difficult to directly delete signatory flows.

Writing module

• To simplify the visual management of your submissions, the individualized description of a document will automatically be inherited as an overview of the request only in those simple workflows that contain a single file.
• Fixed a problem in the side panel graphical interface that prevented manually moving or modifying the physical coordinates of a signature field with digital certificate.

Signature page

• Enable bulk code signatures (OTPs) on document sets that require a security password, provided all requests share the same validation key.
• Notably optimized the loading and rendering speed of PDF document preview, ensuring better user experience for the signer.
