A new administration option has been added, configurable by group, allowing notification text editing to be disabled when preparing a submission, ensuring compliance with corporate templates.
An automatic cleanup system has been introduced to remove notifications older than 60 months. This retention period is fully configurable per installation, helping optimize database storage.
Automated identity verification (Veridas): Identity verification results are now received automatically through real-time notifications (webhooks), eliminating the need for manual queries. Security has also been strengthened by requiring complete configuration and only accepting notifications from the authorized application.
A dispatcher can no longer manage users with a role equal to or higher than their own. Dispatchers can still assign their own role, and edit links are now hidden for users they are not allowed to manage.

SMS senders in API: Fixed an issue affecting submissions created via API to ensure that the SMS sender always respects the value configured in the template or group.
Document management system: Signed documents are now automatically uploaded to the external document management system, including direct workflows that do not pass through the inbox.
File validation: Fixed an occasional issue affecting the validation of uploaded files under specific storage configurations.
Signature positioning: Fixed a visual issue that caused a duplicate signature to appear when its anchor point matched text containing a leading space.

Dates entered in forms no longer appear one day earlier in the preview or in the generated document.
The document preview now displays all form fields containing a value, including hidden fields, matching the final document.
If document upload fails when sending a request, the user is now notified with an error message.
Fields can no longer be added to additional pages outside the document, and fields on additional pages are now positioned correctly.
The “Notify me when the request is completed” option can now be unchecked.
Valid Spanish CIF numbers were incorrectly marked as invalid. This issue has been fixed.

When signing multiple documents at once using a one-time code, signers can now choose whether to receive the code by SMS or WhatsApp.
During multi-document signing with a certificate, the screen could remain stuck on “waiting for server signature” even after the process had already been completed. The screen now updates automatically.
