Extension of the message field in activity: The maximum size of the message column in the activity table is increased to 2000 characters, allowing longer and more detailed messages to be recorded.
OpenTelemetry Integration: Added support for OpenTelemetry in the Docker image, facilitating system observability, traceability and monitoring in distributed environments.

Improvements

Renewal request classification: Fixed a bug where certificate renewals made through the REST services of Viafirma RAs were incorrectly classified as new requests.
