Fixes and improvements

This release resolves specific bugs to improve mail template internationalization and user management and authentication:

Bug fix

Translation of mail templates: Added translation to all supported languages for the unlockIdp.ftl mail template, which was previously only available in Spanish.
Removing users: A bug that prevented users from being deleted if they had an associated device for sending push notifications has been fixed. Now the removal can be completed successfully.
Improvement in SAML authentication: An error check has been implemented for cases where a user attempts to authenticate with SAML without an active SAML configuration at the platform, group or client system level. The system will now display a clear error message instead of crashing unexpectedly.
