New Features

Rejected request alerts. Each user can enable or disable email and push notifications for rejected requests from their profile.

Improvements

SMS sender validation. When configuring the sender name for verification SMS messages (login and signing with an OTP), the system checks that it meets common mobile operator requirements. It must have an appropriate length, cannot be entirely numeric, and cannot contain reserved words, unsupported characters, or extra spaces. This helps prevent messages from failing to arrive because the sender was configured incorrectly.
