Improvements and fixes

- New control in the contract signing flow: A new validation has been implemented to prevent the process of signing a contract from being restarted unnecessarily. This control is specifically activated when a user directly accesses the user interface (UI) to view the status of a request that was originally created through the API.
- Performance improvements: Internal optimizations have been made on the system to improve its performance and overall stability.
