This version introduces significant improvements in security auditing, certificate issuance flexibility and regional management (specifically for Colombia).
Audit, Security and Compliance
Privacy and control mechanisms, essential for accreditation management and compliance are strengthened:
- New checks of informed and explicit consent have been incorporated that the holder must accept before proceeding with the accreditation
- Implementation of a new automatic process for the deletion of old accreditations, which includes the removal of their attachments.
- Audit documentation:
- Generation of a new specific audit document for accreditations.
- New configurable option that allows you to decide whether or not to save the attachments of an accreditation. However, to ensure traceability, the audit PDF is always saved.
Request and Certificate Management (CSR)
Technical capabilities for issuing and downloading digital certificates are expanded:
- New service and update of the logic used to create requests via CSR (Certificate Signing Request).
- Added support for the certificate format . p7b in those requests generated through CSR.
- It is possible to accredit and download the certificate in. p12 or . p7b directly from the notification link sent by email.
General Configuration and Improvements
- It is now possible to save the configuration of the integrated Documents and Fortress products without interruptions.
- Visual improvements to the interface and modifications to various texts have been made to improve the clarity of the information presented to the user, along with minor corrections.
Regional Improvements: Colombia
Given the operational presence of Viafirma in Colombia, this update strengthens local capacities:
- Integration with the Single Business and Social Register (RUES) is added.
- The process is updated to require only a signature of the decision operator in an unattended form, speeding up the issue.
