General platform

New features and improvements

• Added the ability to define whether a request can be signed from any device (default option), only on the web or only from the mobile app.
• New configuration variable to prevent the collection of biometric data in the digitized signature, offering greater control over privacy.
• When setting the DEFAULT_LANGUAGE_ID group property, the request is created by default in the defined language, thus avoiding problems with browser automatic translation.
• The informative messages have been improved and minor errors corrected during the user activation process.
• Multiple security improvements have been implemented on the platform.

Fixes

• Fixed a bug when restarting a rejected signature request that had reached the SMS OTP failed attempts limit. The error counter was not reset, so now the request can be completed by the signer in a new attempt.

Writing module

Features and improvements

• The embedded PDF form (AcroForm) is allowed to be used in bulk requests sent via recipient lists (CSV).
• The interface of step 4 “Summary” has been redesigned for a clearer and more intuitive user experience.

Fixes

• The application no longer crashes when it receives a template with generic evidence that did not have a providerId defined.
• Fixed an issue that caused Word file names to be saved incorrectly when uploaded multiple times.
• It is now possible to correctly resize evidence that has been placed on an extra page of the document.
• Fixed an error that occurred when submitting a form containing a hidden date field (todayText).

User panel

Features and improvements

• Visual identification of incoming requests: Requests that are in the “Received” state now show a mailbox icon (📫) so you can identify them at a glance on your listing.
• Read-only requests: Requests that were previously marked as “Archived” are now marked as “Read-only”. They are identified by a crossed-out pencil icon and, when entering their details, you will find an alert explaining that they cannot be modified.
• Direct search by message code: Do you need to find a specific request quickly? You can now paste your ID code directly into the search bar and we will take you to it instantly.
• Optimized the usability of the “Sign” button to sign on behalf of another person (presential signatories).
• To facilitate support, the application version number is now displayed on all screens in the signature tray.
• Added in the “Saved signatories” section the possibility to define whether the signatory can sign from any device (default option), only on Web or only from the mobile App.

Fixes

• The attachments of a request can now be successfully downloaded from the signature tray. Fixed a bug where the PDF preview could not be displayed correctly on certain occasions when pressing “View Documents”.
• Fixed a bug with the “Back” button of the browser that sometimes occurred when returning to the main panel (Dashboard) after creating a request.
