- We have enriched the information submitted in the summaries of signature processes. The metadata and detail of each document is now included directly in callbacks. This allows customers to push data into their own systems (such as a CRM) immediately, without having to make additional calls to our API
- Improved the robustness of the notification engine to prevent blockages caused by special or invisible characters accidentally introduced by external systems
- Fixed a behavior that generated “ghost” processes when signing requests were launched without assigning recipients. The system now validates, reports and counts these cases correctly
- We have optimized mobile phone number recognition. The system now correctly processes numbers entered without an international prefix, intelligently applying the default prefix configured for that group of users
- Fixed a one-time issue that prevented the correct validation of security codes (OTPs) sent via email in certain flows.
