Improvements
- The group administration section has been renamed from “SMS Configuration” to “SimpleSign OTP Configuration (SMS / OTP).” This change more accurately reflects that both security codes sent by phone and those sent by email are managed from this section, avoiding confusion.
- Database improvements have been implemented to reduce loading and response times in group inboxes that handle a high volume of requests.
- Automatic emails generated by transfer report processes can now include attachments directly.
Security
- To ensure maximum data privacy, daily report emails no longer include a direct download link. The system now notifies users that the report is available and always requires them to authenticate on the platform before downloading it.
- Internal user session security has been updated to incorporate the latest browser cookie protection standards.
Fixes
- Fixed several visual inconsistencies that occurred when completing and processing complex form fields in PDF documents, including issues with specific fonts and incorrect formatting after signing. An error affecting the display of special characters has also been fixed.
