Improvements and fixes

A subtitle has been added to the password entry screen of the User Activation Wizard when you receive a certificate.
The result screen was removed after activation of a user or certificate.
If the user only needs to enroll an authentication factor (FA) that requires their interaction, the corresponding enrolling screen is displayed directly.
The default authentication factor will be password.
A cleanup procedure has been implemented to remove records associated with completed signature requests.
