Fixes and improvements

It is now possible to hide the date and time in the stamp added to the PAdES-formatted signed document.
A new section has been added in the group settings for “Subgroup Management”. Within this, an option is included (available only to global administrators) that allows you to convert a subgroup into a main group.
A confirmation message for administrators has been implemented. This warning will be displayed before converting a subgroup to a master group, warning that if the administrator is not a member of that subgroup, he will lose management permissions on it.
Fixed an issue that caused the link sent in the notification email to fail when a user was blocked.
