Automatic submission after completion

This feature applies to the module for remote signing processes. It is designed for those signature requests in which several signatories intervene without a pre-defined order, so the last one to access the request and sign will then click on the “Send” button to complete the signing process.

By enabling this option, we will allow the request to be self-completed once all the required evidence has been collected.

This way we don’t have to wait for the last signatory to finish the request manually, instead it will be finished automatically.

      

This step will be carried out automatically once the 3 signatories have signed. The last signatory will not have to do anything.

  

The last signatory will directly see this screen to verify that signature request has been successfully completed.
