In these cases, Viafirma is not the blocked application, but the contracting portal application.
The reason for this blocking, as described in the message, is that the system detects that this application of the hiring portal is self-signed, a practice not allowed at security level.
Therefore, it is not a Viafirma’s problem, so we cannot solve it.
