There are two deadlines to consider for the registration resolution. The CNMC has a maximum period of 1 month to resolve the application, or from the moment it is authorised by the holder. During the 2026 transitional period, this period may be extended to up to 3 months, as indicated by the CNMC. Please take this into account so as not to leave the process until close to the 7 June deadline.
