Viafirma is compatible with any iOS and Android device, both tablets and smartphones. If you need to capture biometric signature data, it will be necessary to use an external device. Regarding devices with pressure measuring pens, in principle any pen with Bluetooth technology that connects to the device will be compatible. The following are the most popular and used by our customers.
Android
- Any model that includes the Wacom S-Pen, as it is usually included in Samsung Note family models and other manufacturers that you can check in this official Wacom list: https://www.wacom.com/es-es/comp
- Any model that includes its own stylus from the factory.
iOS
- Any iPad that includes support for the official Apple Pencil stylus.
- Any iPad paired with a bluetooth stylus sold separately.
