- Traceability in OTP Validations. The audit trail now includes details of the OTP validation.
- OTP Evidence with default title. Evidence generated by OTP via email or SMS incorporates a default title when one has not been explicitly configured.
- Fixed error when creating and cloning docx template drafts with form.
- Adjusted the logic for sending OTP codes. The system now detects if a previous SMS is still active and has not expired, preventing unnecessary duplicate messages.
- Dynamic Assignment of Signatories by Forms: It is now possible to use dynamic variables (mustache keys) to define the recipients through the use of forms in templates. Example of use: An administrative or secretary fills in the initial data of a document and, when writing his director’s email on the form, the system automatically directs the signature request to that director. Ideal for processes where the initial drafter does not know all signatories in advance and relies on information collected during the process itself.
