Filters with digital certificates: By signing with a digital certificate using our desktop tool (SignServices), the system is again able to automatically extract user information from the certificate itself to auto-complete its data.
Increased control in mass mailings: The maximum limit of documents a file can contain is now configurable by user group. This avoids excessively heavy queries and significantly improves platform performance.
Audit Trail customization: New option to customize the audit report behavior by group, allowing you to choose whether menus are expanded in the generated PDF.
Visible descriptions: Files now show their description directly in the general listing, making them easier to identify visually.
More robust FTP/SFTP transfers: File transfer tasks have been equipped with a configurable timeout, avoiding prolonged lockouts in the system if the target server is inaccessible.
Template and group management: Fixed a permission issue that prevented a writer from editing a newly created template.
Download attachments: Resolved a one-time issue affecting the download of attachments in documents that had already been signed.
User experience: Fixed the automatic redirect link after performing multiple document signing processes with the Fortress system.

Signature page

If the platform detects that WhatsApp is the only validation channel available to the user, it will skip the selection step (SMS/WhatsApp) and show it directly.
Fixed a visual issue where the signature page did not reflect changes if attachments were unexpectedly modified after the process was completed.

New invitation flows: Added the new “Invite to sign up” option for external users, along with new validation rules specific to requests created by guest writers. This requires activation request as it involves associated costs depending on the number of users.
Writing experience: Fixed anomalous behavior that, on certain occasions, displayed a false “unsaved changes” alert right after submitting the request.
User profiles: As in the dashboard, the use of Gravatar has been removed.

Dynamic Signer Editing: You can now edit the email and phone number of signers even after creating the request.
Improved signature links: When clicking “Sign” or “Sign as…” , the system will open or copy the general entry link to the file, rather than jump directly to the first document, improving the context for the signatory.
Guest Management: New registration form for external guest users has been incorporated.
User profiles: Gravatar integration support for profile pictures has been removed.
