Notice of legal restrictions in the “SMS sender” field – When changing the sender of SMS, a notice is now displayed informing about possible shipping restrictions depending on the destination country, with link to more information.
In order to optimize platform performance, we have limited the creation of requests to a maximum of 20 documents per process. An application encompasses all related documents and signatories. Please note that if a single document is rejected, the entire application will be rejected in its entirety.

Metadata with empty values preserved – Empty or blank value metadata is no longer deleted, preventing information loss in the signing process. Group validation when creating a Set – Validates the group code when creating a new Set, preventing incorrect configurations.

Full Attachment Lifecycle – Attachments are properly deleted both when a request does not reach final state and when it is archived, freeing up space and completing the document’s lifecycle.

Completion notification not sent when signing only from the App – Fixed the issue where the final notification email was not sent to the signatory when the signature process was carried out exclusively through the App, even though the “Notify when request ends” option was activated.
Download button not translated into Catalan – Fixed the issue where the “Go to download page” button was shown in Spanish instead of Catalan.
Unexecuted scheduled reports for groups – Fixed the bug where daily and monthly reports assigned to a group were not executed correctly unless they were of administrator type.
Null boolean fields on callbacks – Fixed an issue where certain boolean fields appeared as null in callback notifications.
OTP batch help error – Resolved the exception that occurred when displaying help text in batch OTP processes.
Incorrect language texts – Corrected wrong translation strings in the interface.

Multiple image uploads: Now, when it is allowed to add extra images to the request, the user can select and upload multiple images at once.
Fixed a bug in the interface that prevented the help detail (helpDetail) of the boxes from being displayed.
Fixed an intermittent fault in the interface that caused no options to be shown to the user when working with conditional boxes.
Resolved an issue with certain specific PDFs where some elements of the embedded form were not displayed on the last page of the document.
Fixed an issue where when attempting to complete a handwritten signature with Wacom from Documents (with Sign Services active), the user was not offered the download of the correct desktop app.
Fixed the flow by which, if the OTPs of a batch set were completed, the system did not allow the user to continue with the rest of pending batch evidences or signatures.
When attempting to complete a certificate signature from Documents with Sign Services active, the system mistakenly used the Viafirma Mobile protocol open link generated by Documents instead of the one correctly generated by Sign Services.
