OTP email signature

OTP Mail signature is based on a one-time-password code, generated from the hash of the document to be signed, and sent to the signatory’s email address.  The verification code generated by Viafirma is a random algorithm used for the content of the document to be signed (hash), proving that this OTP code relates to a specific document

The setup for using this type of evidence is as follows:


The signer must follow the on-screen instructions during the signing process

Information collected during the signing process that can be viewed from the document if the option “Add public link to evidence” is enabled in the evidence:
